Spanish 1 Final Exam - Wednesday, January 16, 2019

The final exam for this class will be on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 (there is an official Final Exam Schedule on the LaGuardia website that has been chosen by the school, should you wonder why our final exam is not on a Friday). The exam will take place during a regular class period. The format will be the same as the other exams that I have given this year. There will be listening, reading, writing, and grammar sections on this exam. The final is worth 10% of your final grade (this final grade goes on your high school transcript for Spanish 1).

For the final, you should study:

Chapter 1
- Vocabulary: Greetings (p. 6-11)
- Subject Pronouns (p. 14)
- Numbers 1-100 (p. 18, Quizlet)
- Time (p. 20)
- The date, the months, days of the week (p. 21)
- The Spanish alphabet (p. 22)
- Ser (p. 24)

Chapter 2
- Vocabulary: Adjectives (p. 44-45, 47)
- Ser with adjectives (p. 48)
- Gender and adjective agreement (p. 50)
- Question formation and question words (p. 52)
- Vocabulary: Me gusta (p. 56- 57, 58)
- Nouns and definite articles (p. 60)
- The verb "gustar" and porque (p. 62)
- The preposition "de" (p. 64)

Chapter 3
- Vocabulary: a mis amigos y a mi' nos gusta… (p. 82-83, 85)
